SPAM Policy

 
ACCUDAQ and its affiliates, have a strict Anti-Spam policy.  We (nor our management or affiliates) do NOT authorize or pay for services involving spam, nor has it reviewed or approved any statements made therein any such spam, nor has it EVER condoned Spamming or Spoofing in any way. 

 We own our own email service to send Can Spam Compliant emails (among our many other services and websites) to our own subscribers.  We also own a network of websites profiling public companies. However:

1.      We do NOT and will not conduct “stock tout” campaigns or features about itself or any direct affiliate.

2.      We have not authorized any such campaigns conducted by outside parties.

3.     We have not arranged or paid for any such service from any party.

4.      We will conduct our own investigation into the origination of any and all unauthorized email campaigns brought to our attention.

5.      We will pursue whatever remedies are available to us to stop any illegal activities utilizing our name or promoting our company.

6.    We will not hesitate to pursue whatever legal recourse necessary to enforce these policies. 

We consider the most conspicuous offenses of spamming to be those involving the unauthorized use of third party Email sending and/or relaying resources (Spoofing).

If you've been spammed, we sincerely apologize, but again repeat that not only have we NOT sent these emails, we have NOT authorized any outside party to do so either. If you have received any such solicitation, please send a copy of your complaint, along with the original message to us including the complete headers, in order to assist us in our investigation of the originator of these emails. In most Email programs you can view and copy the headers. See the help files for your particular program.
